Since 1984 when the first subdivision was recorded at Grassy Meadows Sky Ranch Airport Community, Southwestern Utah 's Washington County, that includes St. George, Utah, spectacular Zion National Park, including the communities of Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, Springdale have all become the gateway to Utah's Color County including Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon National Park, North Rim Grand Canyon, Canyonlands National Park, Brain Head Ski Resort, Southern Colorado, Northern Arizona and Northern New Mexico.

Washington County has a vast and differing landscape from the 2000 ft high desert elevation of the Virgin River Gorge on I-15, north to the slick red rock walls of Zion National Park that has been carved by the Virgin River that flows through the western edge of the Colorado plateau, to the over 10,000 ft peaks of the Pine Valley Mountains that together provide a fresh supply of needed water in our arid desert valleys.
